Hi mylotters, I am a new mother..a first time mother... I keep wondering why everybody race to be the advisor number one when they see that I am a new mother...I am now looking after my three month old baby abd have already...

rinoa_girl I guess it is better to trust instincts. Somehow, when you are a new mother, yo tend to do things on your own but it is also nice to do some research online as there are many people that can help you here.

Alcohol bad for loosing weight?

So, I'm a big guy, always being big since I was a little kid... but since I hit 20 or so, I've been on and off in trying to loose my weight. It's gone really well for me a few times, and I've lost about 80 pounds over a 1 year...
