rj4pau Even without prayers, God would still knows what you want. But with sincere request from us through our prayers means we acknowledge His existence to grant us on what we requested

rj4pau Yes as long as you never give up on your prayers, God will always grant it. Only human who forget their promises to pray but God will always grant them too if they changed

rj4pau Yes, God would never change the life of a person if him/herself did not even try to change it. Meaning we really need to put our very best effort before you leave it to God
