rjl1989 Why dont you excercise with them? Play ball games in the park or go swimming. Or see if they want to join in your workout DVD, excercise will be good for the kids too. I imagine they have loads of energy, and are pretty flexible too so i wouldnt worry too much...

rjl1989 It depends who you're talking to and what they find acceptable. Maybe just use the words other people use among friends until you get an idea of what is ok.

rjl1989 It's the equivalent of $6.40 here in the UK. And we seem to manage fine. I don't know why you seem to think its so 'bad' in the US, even when it was $4.50 thats still way cheaper than here.
