Losing weight after C-section

I'm a young mommy delivered a baby on 29th Feb tis year thru caesarian. Any tips to regain the structure and to control the overhanging stomach?

rohini1509 Thnks for your response! It is been almost 50 days after delivery. I followed Physiotherapist suggestion and regularly doing simple exercises everyday. I have started getting my figure back:)

rohini1509 Well, having computers help us to save nature. Yes! E-billing and other related activities reduce the usage of paper. So trees are getting saved!
