I have been with this site for more than 5 years. There was a time when I used to spend 6-7 hours every day and now its limited to 2hours a month. The point is that people still are creating new and unique discussions. Hats off...

I always find that when I cut back on the food to lose those few extra pounds I have put on its DAY 5 which is the hardest day to cope with. DAY 6 is not quite so bad and then its plain sailing ish!!!!! Up to Day 5 is really easy...
