How do you unwine after a busy week/day? Some days there just does'nt seem to be enough hours in the day. Some days I just want nothing to do with anything but still can't seem to let things just be, without feeling some guilt.

Romie06 Thanks, I do this if i'm not too tired. You see i've joined the work force again after 3 years and I'm a bit out of practice. Now I come home and I can't even walk on my soar feet so I soak them. I'm giving myself a couple of weeks to adjust and then hopefully...
