ronit_mat yes scheng i am talking about them as well as the government.both of them do not use the policy when it should be and then people have to suffer because of that. like in the case of the recession many people lost their jobs.

ronit_mat that is exactly what i want to say scheng.just look how the economy has taken a beating.the worst has happened.no one was prepared for it.people do not put the slogan into practice just say it during the bad times.
