ronney47 Yeah, Google is much better, and it is even better when compared to yahoo. Yahoo doesn't allow others to pop its email and doesn't pop other's mail as well. Also from searching point of view, gmail is far better.

ronney47 Absolutely, knowledge is a must. Just communication skill wouldn't do. What I was trying to convey was that people with good knowledge can go very far if he has a very good communication skills. If he doesn't have it, he remains average.

ronney47 Actually, it's very simple. Just open the boot.ini file again. (It's the same tactics). There you will see Boot Timeout that is by default set to 30 secs. Just change it to your desired time. That's it.
