roseofgarden you can not burn your fat at all, maintain the fruit eating, avoid the too much eating, try to eat good fruit like grasps, mango, apple, guava etc. this is good for health... And regular exercise is the most important for lose weight, swimming is one of good...

roseofgarden avast, kespersky more anti virus are available in market, if do you want you can buy a software, free version cannot prevention your computer from virus... if you could spend some tk more then 1000 for buy this software it will be better for you...

roseofgarden yeah it was superb match, but India's target was not much, firstly they lost 3 wickets then they able to come back... unlucky for shewag he was far from century for only 1 run... by the way India played well and will keeping their success....... Best of luck...
