rtorno I've said the same line three times for three consecutive years of trying to quit, but to no avail. The best thing that helped me is by PREPARING MYSELF. For me, don't quit if you are not prepared. Enjoy every puff of cigarette that HELPS you get LUNG CANCER....

I tried 3 times. Since 2004, my new year's resolution was to stop smoking, but to no avail. I can't have even 1 day w/o a cigarette. After going to quitnet.com website, I finally got ready and was able to prepare myself to quit....

rtorno thanks! it is very, very hard but i believe in myself. I don't want to have lung cancer. just for advise, if you are not ready yet, don't force yourself. try to prepare first before doing it. PREPARATION is the key, for me. :) it helped a lot. i suggest that...
