ruffdog Yep, many times i skip both. Unfortunately this tends to make me eat loads at night and snack too. I really need to get out of the habit of eating before bed too as i don't think that it's very good for the old metabolic rate etc.. MMMmmmm toasties before...

I have seen the shawshank redemption many times. Too many to count really. I was wondering who really likes this movie and why. I just think that its a great all around movie.
