rupesh2009 Thanks for response and by the way i also believe in God and supernatural powers as my religion also say much about God. But i don't why scientists don't take this is in consideration that everything cannot be explained by Science.

rupesh2009 Yea i also agree with all that the reason behind your weight loss is exercise but i also want to give you a tip.That don't drop down your fat content too much because fat contains phospholids and other vital nutrients that are very essential for brain.
