rye736 what do you mean it is way of life? if you mean it's part of life, i would say yes. because if there is good, there would always be evil. corruption is part of evil. it's balance! but in our situation in our country, evil weighs heavier.

rye736 There are already Republic Act and Mun./City Ordinances that prohibit smoking in public places. But they are implemented because some of our enforcers do smoke and some officials don't know the laws and not serious in their jobs.

rye736 i agreed with you. our foreign debt actually didn't only came from the marcoses but also from the americans. they rebuild our roads, bldgs and school after the war, IT WAS NOT FREE! we have to pay for it.
