6in12years I don't start solids until 6 months, so we pretty much go straight to table food and finger foods. I just make sure whatever we're having isn't too spicy, a major allergen (I have food allergies) or a choking hazard.

ozzydee70 i make it a point to cook soup or a porridge for my son once a week but most of the time he eats what we are eating except to eggs and chicken as he has allergy in it.

lillake I just pretty much feed him what we are eating, as long as it is soft and safe for him. Mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, peas, green beans, etc...

biwasaki I think a photo collage is a great idea. You should also check out http://www.shutterfly.com for more photo ideas. They can put pictures on mugs, mouse pads, tote bags, and you can even create photo books there.

PsychoDude I think he'd really like a gift like that, perhaps you could let the baby also pick out some stuff so it'd have her little touch to it as well, in a probably very playful way but still. Just for that little bit extra.

mememama I like my sons fuzzi bunz, I also have a fuzzi fannies, I wish I could have more but they are hard to get ahold of and more expensive. He's going to be potty learning this summer, otherwise I'd buy more fuzzi fannies. It fits his scrawny legs and big butt well...

00fear i mine would be sizzlers, i like the all you can eat shrimp. + their deserts are also pretty good, also because you can get up and keep getting for as long as you like.
