sabrina_carver hello joanizik. public says drink 8 litre of water. to get maximal benefit of it,better pour the water by yourself. so you keep guarantee it by higienis and more cheap of course :)

sabrina_carver agree with you,,garneta. even eating noodle one or twice a week,,better mix it with some vegetable, cornet, egg or the other to complec nutrition intake to our body. i think 1 serving of noodle give 240 calorie to our body.better eliminate it to avoid the side...
