which do you prefer a working mom or a plain house wife??

which do you prefer a working mom with a stable job but has a less time with your family or a plain house wife has a lot of time with your children and your husband but your not getting the dream you want???

samchartan i want to be stable and to provide everything my family needs. but of course, i will have to make the effort to spend time with my family when i'm home.

how do you manage your time? having to work and yet manage to spend time with your kid is tough work. how do you do it? pls share your tips or how your day goes. thanks so much for your input!
