What kind of internet connection is your first preference?

white meat better or the red one??

i have heard that red meat(meat, beef etc)is easier to digest than the white meat(chicken) and at the same time i have also heard that red meat has more calories than the latter.... so which do you think is a better one???

samdneuro whan it is the matter of red meat certainly it has higher calories higer protien content content as well fat content but red meat is spoiled very easily and there are very spcific disease becuase of using infected red meat if u eat white meat and its nt...

I keep wondering what is the best fruits for our skin? They said apple? Is it true? Coz i dont eat apple. Maybe sometimes but just a 1/8 of a whole apple. I only love to eat banana, avocado and lansones. Kindly help me guys?...

samdneuro nice discussion i just wanted to add that the fruits with anti antioxidant properties are best of our skin vit c and vit e is required for skin so you may take soe citrus fruit if you dnt have any acidity problem
