Sandhya BP thank you for your concern I got it checked with doctor and they told me that it is because some crystals have got dislocated so only vertigo has occured.

Sandhya BP I do get up slowly as well I lie down slowly at night. I do not want to dislocate the crystals once again ever in my life.

Sandhya BP Thanks for suggesting Yoga. Brandt Daroff is a simple exercise to make the dislocated crystals, that cause dizziness, to be back to their position. It is very effective.
