Where do you get referrals in paid programs ?

I usually refer my friends and relatives. I also have a lens about paid programs it does provide me with some referrals. I want to know what you guys do to get referrals.

sarahptr I use earnings from other programs to redeem for ads...that usually only works though if I am promoting a new program that not many people have joined. I also am in some web forums that are devoted to ptr. Referral exchanges work well, too...pm me if you are...
