sassay_mama It's a toss up between Spring and Fall. Usually by the time a season is done, I'm ready for the next! I lived in AZ for a while and got home sick based on the lack of seasons alone! Not to bash AZ, just when your used to a certain type of weather ~

sassay_mama drink water exercise, even if you just go for walks healthy snacks if you want mcdonalds.. get a happy meal. drink water ;-) Take it from someone who lost 80 lbs and has kept it off for 6 years.

sassay_mama I understand where your coming from. My son plays football, varsity this year in fact ~ and I think it is the best thing he has ever been a part of. I can't say that I would have let him at 7 years old, however if you start them young they can handle...
