sassay_mama I hand pour my own soy candles http://www.candlesmadefromsoy.com and I also sell on Ebay (not my candles, other things). I also do contract bookkeeping work on the side! O, AND i'm a mom ;-)

sassay_mama It's a toss up between Spring and Fall. Usually by the time a season is done, I'm ready for the next! I lived in AZ for a while and got home sick based on the lack of seasons alone! Not to bash AZ, just when your used to a certain type of weather ~

sassay_mama drink water exercise, even if you just go for walks healthy snacks if you want mcdonalds.. get a happy meal. drink water ;-) Take it from someone who lost 80 lbs and has kept it off for 6 years.
