saurabh9899 thanks for the help guys :) I got the root cause of the problem it was my processor's fan's coolant (the BIG thing below the fan which has lots of curves). there was a LOT of dust in it and it was not giving the amount needed of cool air. I cleaned it...

saurabh9899 I have the latest update from the sites of sun java, flash and shockwave player. and I have Firefox 2.0.0.11 too (I forgot to write this before), but I think its something wrong with some settings or registry.

saurabh9899 It doesn't effect on me too bro, as am a die heart fan of CINA. I hope he gets his muscles treated soon. as it was horrible to see what BIG SHOW did with him, and even that stuff that cruel lady did :/
