sbsid11 hey.. i already tried this site.. i asked them to exchange 2$ in my alertpay account to my paypal one.. and they charged me 0.14$ for this.. It has been 3 weeks but still i haven't got the payment in PAYPAL account.. i thinks its a SCAM !!!
