What do you say if someone wants to borrow money?

Do you let them borrow it? What if you know they aren't going to pay you back, do you give them the money anyways? Does anyone ever charge interest? Are you mean to people that ask for money? Do you even care about handing money...

Why should people of 18 years of age be able to defend their country but not be able to get a buzz from a little alcohol?

scottdynda I agree completely, also if people are mature enough to stand up and die for their country, why can't they be mature enough for alcohol? u know!

scottdynda that's how i feel, it's not disturbing any one... but most people feel that since they aren't affected why should they care about peoples rights.
