Ok I saw a couple when I was at work wondering why on Earth does Puerto Rico get a Quarter? They are not one of the 50 states but a territory of the US. They are doing one for all the territories according to the US Mint web site...

seacaucus4 The fact that they can't vote is irrelevant for citizenship. Many convicted felons (though still citizens) can't vote, and inhabitants of Washington D.C. don't get voting representation in Congress.

seacaucus4 Well, she chose to expose herself to the sun (or a tanning bed), without proper UV protection. I suppose it's possible that a poor woman, working in the fields, in short sleeves or short pants, gets a tan by accident--but that doesn't really seem likely....

seacaucus4 I have no idea if others saw it or not. It was the I-95 / Washington Beltway, so yes, there were many hundreds of other cars on the road. I think it must have been around 11:00 pm or so at night. But as for me in the car, I was alone.
