sgururaja yes, there are quite a good number of home remedies for diabetes. Like, soak a couple of teaspoonful of Fenugreek seeds in a glass of water, leave it overnight. Morning drink the water. It will control diabetes. Neem leaves are good also. Curry leaves and...

sgururaja Dear "Strangegurl", Why get confused so much about this small matter? If your fiance can be made happy with the change, I would think it is worth all the hardship. If he is not the one to insist for cahnge, then leave it.No harm in maintaining your identity....

How far are Ayurvedic/Siddha medicines effective in curing cancer. Allopathic practitioners/ specialists have given up anyway. So no point in pursuing them. Chemotherapy/ radiation etc. are in fact more harmful in older patients....

sgururaja Hi! You don't worry about gaining 2-5 kgs. It is no deal at all. After few years you could be asking people as to how to loose 20-25 kgs. It is a real situation, one of my sisters is in. So don't break your head. Be as you are. You shall gain weight soon, only...
