shaberry Ahhh, I'm so glad to see this comment!! I post on another site, which will remain nameless! And I'm so frustrated w/ the spelling errors. I don't think anyone corrects their typos- ever!! I was an English major, so it's hard for me to try to sift through these...

ive been overweight all my life, and just recently, the doctor told me ive reached obesity level 1, which somehow scared me, because my mom's diabetic and i have high chances of being one too, unless i watch carefully what i eat...

shaberry try green tea, there's a pill that you can take- OTC & it's supposed to help you burn fat. I know it's frustrating-- I'm not getting much sleep at night- DS keeps me up! and I want to work out but I'm just too tired. good luck to you
