ShannyBananny @DaddyEvil I assumed the doctor thinking it was idea to go there means it will help. I’ve gone quite a few times in my life to them. I miss the one I used to go to she was the best.

ShannyBananny @DaddyEvil I’ve had sciatica twice it’s not fun. Have you used the chiropractor for that before? I’m wondering if it helps much? I did yoga stretches and I don’t really think it lessened the time it took to go away.

ShannyBananny @allknowing I definitely do count my blessings but some things we do have to worry about. Early menopause is really bad for our bodies so I need to rule that out. I think it is Pcos though and a diet change can help with that. I’ve cut back on sugar a bit and...

ShannyBananny @snowy22315 so far I’m cutting back on sugar and stopping the extra iron pill I take and just taking my multivitamin. I am feeling better the past few days but I think it’s all just hormones effecting me. Things have been out of whack.

ShannyBananny @kareng I am feeling better now so I’m not sure. We will see how things go this month. I really hate the winter I can understand why that got you down. The aches and pains over the winter must be terrible .

Do you like this? I like this one since I also like peanut butter. It taste really good. But I know a lot of people who does like this. It is now a favorite as well of my nephew's three year old son.

ShannyBananny @DaddyEvil I would have probably went to the chiropractor first. Then again you don’t want them messing with it if there’s something wrong more then just being out of alignment. I’m sorry you didn’t have bc a better day
