vikingswest @shairai Honest answer? I think I enjoyed it even more than she did. I gave her the gift over 20 years ago and she still wears those same earrings today. When she gets compliments on them she always smiles and gives me a look. That look says so much.

vikingswest @shairai She did. I saw some earrings that she always wanted went on sale. I bought them and surprised her. She was really happy. It took some extra jobs to make back the cost but her reaction made it all worthwhile.
