How often you vacuum your carpet floor?

My hometomn is china, in there, seems no one use carpet floos as friends I know. We just use hard wood floor. But here in American, carpet floor seems so common, every house use it. I have no experience how to clean the carpet...

hwke12 I just hate cleaning the house. I will clean the carpent once a monthe. Because I stay home not so long time, just work back home, seems not so dirty on my carpent floor, so I just wait I have mood to clean it!

Which food is good for constipation!

It seems like constipation is a big problem for lots of women, and of course it kind borther me. So do you know any kind of food can slove this problem? I just know banana is kind useful, but sometime it can not work.
