Eww *laugh* I was just reading a story in the news about four different schools in Maryland where students were asked to chew the same piece of gum, passing it around. Apparently, the lesson was introduced by a pregnancy...

shansga Sadly I used to in HS. Gross huh???? I can't imagine the germs involved but that looks like a good ebject lesson for young kids!

My sister was only 42 years old when she died of cancer. That is just way too young. She was diagnosed and died 9 months later. The hardest part was watching it happen to her. Watching her get sicker and sicker and just wasting...

shansga My dad died of leukemia exactly one year ago yesterday. It was the worst day of my life. He was so sick but sadly he died because the dr's didn't clean out his chest tube that he was getting chemo through. He was 59yrs old..almost 60 and my parents were close...

shansga I have one best friend but I have a handful of goodfriends. No one else that I can call up and say let's go shopping or who will listen to me when I need to complain. So just one and sadly we live across the country from each other.

shansga I believe in them. I had one with my now husband..it wasn't for very long mind you but it worked for us. Then we got married so we didn't have to be seperated anymore. They're certainly frustrating!!!
