In my views life is nthg widout friend or a best friend they helps us in any problems we suffer from whre somtimes ours parents r nt there we enjoy with them study with them they r with us in every track of our life they...

We usually get angry because of some situations we have to face.Getting angry is normal and healthy human emotion as long as you know how to control yourself.Some people could not control their anger and it can be destructive....

are cellphones are allowed in schools or colleges or noT?

No,bcoz students can misuse of it in the skuls or colleges they can play games in the classrooms cannot concentrate on their studies
