shellyrios My point was the excessive use for them. I have one soley for the purpose of emergencies. Like when we had a huge blizaard out here, and if I got stuck in the snow, I would at least have my cell phone to call for emergency, as for kids, I say in their teens....

shellyrios I also use a cell phone too, so don't take me wrong, I'm speaking of the people who use it too much.....like in the grocery store, and dept stores. I don't want to hear someone's phone conversation. I use mine for emergency purposes.

shellyrios Yep, ours was about the same all around. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to get home yesterday too......We had 4-5 drifts on our driveway, it took about 4 hours to shovel. My car got stuck in the snow trying to drive up my driveway.

How do you handle rude people during the crazy, hectic Xmas shopping season? We've all had to encounter rude pushy people at some point. What do you do? Do you curse at them, get in their face? Or do you just let it go?

shellyrios I do both, unfortunately I have to venture out shopping but I can also see why people shop more online too. I try to buy as much online, but it's easiest for me to shop out in the malls and such.

shellyrios You know sometimes that is the only way to live a comfortable life is to feel motivated by the financial rewards. There's nothing wrong with that.

Why do you think most marriages end after only a couple to few years? What do you think in YOUR opinion is the reason why people seem to be so fickle with a very serious commitment?

shellyrios Yep, that was me I thought I was going to marry the father of my children and realized it would be a big mistake. He was abusive in the worst way and I'm lucky I got out of the relationship and met a loving, caring, supportive man.
