Why do you think most marriages end after only a couple to few years? What do you think in YOUR opinion is the reason why people seem to be so fickle with a very serious commitment?

sbeauty I think that people go into marriages too lightly these days. They may take their cues from celebrities who fall in and out of love and marry at the drop of a hat only to divorce a few months later and immediately receive media coverage with their new love....

Lillith A lot of it could be that people are too young when they enter into marriage. Another problem would be getting married too fast without first really knowing each other. Then there people who are just never satisfied and constantly looking for greener grass...

Steve Helmer The only real natural disasters we get here are tornados. When we lived on the farm, we had one go through our back 7 and almost rip the roof off our house. We slept through it.
