shengjie331 My breakfast is not aptotic,including noodle,egg fried rice,porridge,patty... In morning,i have no enough time to do more tasty food.Sometimes i also bring some food from cookshop.

shengjie331 Surely,swimming is the better way of exercise.Generally,I can but have a swimming about one hour at one time.Of course,if you can insist on swimming for a long time,your health could have a great improvement.In winter,I just swim once in a while.
