I wonder if someone could live without one of these meals for a period of three months if you have to do it. Would you start your day without Breakfast or end your day without Dinner?

Yesterday I had a doctor's appointment with my gyno, (i'm 38 weeks pregnant with my frist child) and thought nothing of it how ever they took my blood pressure and it was high so they figured i needed to rest a little and went on...
