shkash no i dont think so there are many mainly sachin after him lara,ponting,jayasuraya.....etc I think sachin is the best batsman because though he has played more than 300 matches till now his averege,strike rate,ranking doesnt decreased

shkash Yes u should talk to you are husdand and try to convince him by talking about his favorites or somthing he loves to talk adout.dont lose you patience it will be alright after some time.
