shoghh Thanks. It is good idea to run half-marathon before the marathon distance. I've always do that. And after half-marathon I do some corrects in my training - I know what I need - endurance or pace.

shoghh Thanks, but with tapering - I make the last long run 3 weeks before marathon. I'think it is the best for me. I need 3 weeks of taper before start.

shoghh but we start to lose weigth /fat burning/ after circa 30 minutes of running. So excercises have to be longer than 30 minutes.
