Drinking one glass of milk is good, its an execcelent source of calcium, i take one glass of milk everyday, from when i was a child till date i take everyday

showyak I don't drink milk though sometimes I wanna...as I always sick up after drinking it. I enjoy yoghourt^^

showyak i'd never burned rice~~cause i aiways add too~~~too~~~too much water..... my rice turns into congee for may times~aha but it won't be burned...so Salonga~~~~take it easy...u can appoint ur husband the cook in ur family.
