When it was thought that I had lupus, I had certain things I could and could not eat. I have been looking up FM and couldn't really find anything concrete. Has anyone out there heard of dietary guidelines to follow to manage FM?...

I am wondering if anyone out there has any good hip and shoulder stretches or knows where I can get my hands on some. I have looked up some on the internet - but I would like to know from you guys and gals what works the best....

sibiology Thanks. I will try that! My worst spot is actually the front of my hips where my thigh meets my "pelvis". It is hard to get a stretch for the front.

I never laughed so hard. This was a great episode. I totally thought it was the bride's father who hid the girl in the casket! They had me fooled! But I loved the bridezilla. Anyone know any real life bridezillas?

sibiology I agree! I love her southern "charm". But I think she knows she can get away with it. It is almost her way of saying do it or else lol. I thought it would be the father - but when it turned out to be the plastic surgeon I was shocked! I am glad they put that...

sibiology I am only getting a full nights sleep because of the anti-depressant I am on. Before that sleeping was out of the question. Since it is summer and I am not in school I go to bed about 1 or 2 am and get up between 9 and 11am. I am still sending out good...

sibiology I appreciate your support. My nickname is my job - I am a supplemental instruction leader at Kingwood College for freshman biology. Basically I am an in the class room tutor :). Which is easy. I sit a lot (which leads to hip pain). But it isn't that laborious....

sibiology Thank you! I will do that. More than one of my doctors think that FM doesn't exist. The last one told me that she believes it is a diagnosis they give when they can't figure out what is wrong with you. I just want to know that I am not crazy! Thank you again.
