THIS MUST BE HEAVEN! I just had a piece of chocolate and it was divine. Have you ever eaten something and felt that it was the BEST thing you could ever eat? What was it.

When it was thought that I had lupus, I had certain things I could and could not eat. I have been looking up FM and couldn't really find anything concrete. Has anyone out there heard of dietary guidelines to follow to manage FM?...

Any good stretches?

I am wondering if anyone out there has any good hip and shoulder stretches or knows where I can get my hands on some. I have looked up some on the internet - but I would like to know from you guys and gals what works the best....

The bride episode

I never laughed so hard. This was a great episode. I totally thought it was the bride's father who hid the girl in the casket! They had me fooled! But I loved the bridezilla. Anyone know any real life bridezillas?

I am pretty sure this is what I am suffering from. My doctors (I have been to more than a few)have tested me for heart problems, lupus, RA, MS, and are treating me for depression. Some say it is all in my head, others do not...
