sidoney well in a sense you did not trust them you trust there ability to do there work and your ability to work with them to get the job done you showed a level of professionalism and so did they at my work we talked to our junior manager and supervisor at times...

sidoney no they can't sue them as most they don't know who they are but can shut down the site these guys go through lent not to be traced but if found will be prosecuted by international laws
