What is your opinion about cutting thief's right hand?

sikhandi It's to brutal. Humanity has advanced greatly in the field of Human Rights. Compassion is a wonderful quality that most be developed by everyone, everywhere in the world. Jail and public work is good enough. Also psychiatric help is a plus.
