How often do you drink milk in a day?Powder Milk or Cow Milk?

i drink only once in a day when am going to bed at night. I usually drink powdered milk but i came to here that cow milk is good than powdered milk. What do you thing is right?

silencein329 I have a bag of pure milk every day, i will drink some after class or when i feel thirsty. well, i think it is goog for health.

this is my number one problem.....i am only having 4 and 1/2 hours of sleep everyday...i wanted to have some more but i ust cant....no matter how ive tried..the thing is i normally go to sleep at around 12 midnight then woke up at...

silencein329 My friend, i also had the same problem,even more terrible than yours. But after reading a paper which said nobody was died of sleeplessness, i came to get rid of it. some great men just do their jobs when they cant get asleep, and some even live to be 90, so...

I didn't believe the news weather man, but he was right this time. The last time he was absolutely incorrect though and had a lot of egg on his face as a result. So my children were very excited that they made a big fuss about it....

Hey All, Do you guys have a habbit of turning off your cell every now and then. I dont have this habbit becuase whole the time i will recieve important calls. Only time my cell is switched off is when it doesnt have charge....

silencein329 woo, I turn off my phone every night, I need it as a clock , but radiation is not good for health, so I just switch it into airplane mode
