What do you find to be the pros of working from home? What are the cons?

I am a work at home mom and I love it. I am curious how many work at home moms (or dads) are out there and what do you find to be the best and worst of working from home.

Can I say that I am hooked on this show. I missed season 1 and can not believe I didn't watch it. Thank goodness for DVD!!
