Silvia Ramadina Don't force yourself too much. You shall take a rest tho. I suggest you to take a meditation, it's good for reduces stress.

Glad, the Weather Cooled Down

The weather changed with a storm on Sunday evening. Since then clouds were gradually gathering. The temperature was falling too. The rain fell this morning with a lot of thundering and lighting. Glad the atmosphere cooled down....

Race day on sunday . Why?
