simpleyettough I have to admit that "doing it" in a relationship should come naturally. No one should be forced into doing this act of love against their free will and worst being threatened.

benefits of drinking milk ?

Who knows if drinking milk builds up our brain? I know it's good for bone growth since it is rich in calcium. what other benefits of drinking milk?

simpleyettough I am not a fan of milk since i was younger but now i try to drink at least one glass of milk everyday. I'm just wondering if it will still give me strong bones and the other benefits it can give.
