When you are grocery shopping for food or cleaning household products, do you buy generic or name brand products? For me, I like both. It doesn't really matter...but most of the time I like name brand products for cleaning...

sinthia I use both. It also depends what I'm buying. I know that there are some products that work better than the name brand.

how can i lose weight? and fast!

Can somebody help me?? I have a month to lose weight, and I don't know how. I really loved eating, and whenever I skip a meal, I end up craving for sweet. Bottom line, I pig out more and more.. I relly want to slim down.. help!

sinthia That is what I do. Eat 5-6 small meals and eat more fruits and vegetables. I usually go to the gym twice a week.
