How do you stop cats going messing on the floor?

I have two litter trays and the cats go outside but I have to put newspaper on the floor near the litter trays one of the cats poos on the floor next to the tray! How can I stop this?

sirenna Try world 66 the law world thats where i craft my ess i swap 27 noted ess and 27 laws for 27 unnoted ess its very quick and easy to lvl. I can make like 5k of laws in no time at all. My aim is to be able to double craft nats.

sirenna my daughter is "EMO" but she doesn't cut herself at all. But she deos suffer from depression a lot not just pretending.
