slanina the golden rule is innate in the vast majority of humans. as individuals we decide what is moral or immoral. there is no need to use an ancient text to look up what to do when presented with these questions.

slanina The bible has some gems like the golden rule etc. however, it is hardly a text which one should be taking their moral guidelines from. Do you really need a book to tell you how to act? The bible has some of the worst advice in it. Do what YOU feel is morally...

slanina I think that if you plan to live the rest of your life with someone you should probably live together first and see how that goes. It's more than a good idea.
