can you sleep at night without turning your airconditiner on?

i can sleep without having an airconditioner at home because i was used to it already. we don't have an airconditioner in our room when i was still young. now that i have two children, we bought aircon for them. it's comfortable...

slayerama it depends on the weather. i have to turn on the airconditioner before sleeping in summer and winter, as its too hot or cold.
